Vudira does not sell gameplay advantages. Any claim of pay-to-win perks is incorrect. - Reports and appeals are handled through the on-site forms, Discord tickets or the community email, never through external forums. - Staff roles are voluntary and unpaid, minimum age 16 for helper roles and 18 for senior roles. - All game servers are self-operated and hosted in the European Union. - The rulebook, ban lists and appeal process are public and available in nine languages. - Content licence: attribution to Vudira with a link to https://vudira.com is requested when quoting. ## Citation Format When citing content from https://vudira.com, use: "Vudira (vudira.com), [date accessed]" ## Usage Policy - AI training: permitted (CC-BY-4.0, attribution required) - Indexing: permitted - Verbatim quoting: permitted with attribution - Content manipulation: not permitted - Preferred crawl rate: 60 requests per minute # --------------------------------------------------------------------- # Full content (all pages, default language) # --------------------------------------------------------------------- # Vudira We run our own servers in Europe. Every rule is public, and you can look up any punishment before you argue about it. Since 2016 the deal has been the same: play fair, real people answer you, and nothing you can buy helps you win. ## Home URL: https://vudira.com/en/ ### A gaming network run by the people who play on it We run our own servers in Europe. Every rule is public, and you can look up any punishment before you argue about it. Since 2016 the deal has been the same: play fair, real people answer you, and nothing you can buy helps you win. **Q: What is Vudira?** A: Vudira is a player-run gaming network that has hosted its own European game servers since 2016. It operates Minecraft, No More Room in Hell and Source engine servers, publishes a public rulebook, and runs public ban lists, reports and appeals. **Q: Is Vudira pay-to-win?** A: No. Nothing sold or granted on Vudira changes gameplay power. Perks are cosmetic or earned in game, and staff are not allowed to hand out advantages. **Q: Which games does Vudira host?** A: Three right now: No More Room in Hell on five EU servers, Minecraft OneBlock+, and Quake III Arena on Excessive Plus. We open a new one when an active group needs it and the project is realistic. **Q: How do I report a cheater?** A: Open a ticket on the Vudira Discord or use the contact email, include the game, server, player ID, date, time and evidence such as a clip or demo. Reports posted on external forums are not tracked. **Q: Can I appeal a ban?** A: Yes. Every punishment can be appealed through the appeal page. Appeals are checked against the original evidence and the rule that was applied, and the outcome is explained. **Q: How do I join the staff team?** A: Applications go through the staff recruitment page. The minimum age is 16 for helper roles and 18 for senior roles, positions are voluntary, and selected applicants start with a supervised trial period. ## Servers URL: https://vudira.com/en/servers/ ### Servers built for players, not for slot counts The live list, player counts and connect links live on vudira.com/servers. This page tells you what you are joining before you click connect. #### One network, one rulebook It does not matter what you play here. The same core rules apply everywhere, the same team, the same way to appeal. Game rules only add detail. They never cancel what applies to the whole community. #### European servers we tune ourselves We set up the machines ourselves and tune them per game: tickrate, view distance, entity limits, restart windows. It is boring work that never ends. That is exactly why the server does not fall over at eight in the evening when it is full. #### Every punishment can be checked Minecraft punishments are on the Minecraft ban list, Source bans on SourceBans, NMRiH stats on the ranking site. If a decision is about you, the record is public and you can read it. **Q: How do I connect to a Vudira server?** A: Open vudira.com/servers, choose the game, and use the direct connect link or copy the address into your client. Minecraft addresses can also be pasted straight into the multiplayer menu. **Q: Where are the servers hosted?** A: In Germany, on machines Vudira operates directly. Sitting in the middle of Europe keeps ping low from almost anywhere in the EU, and the network in front of the servers filters both volumetric and application-layer DDoS attacks. Performance tuning stays in our hands. **Q: Do I need a whitelist or an application?** A: No. Vudira servers are open to anyone who accepts the rules. Applications only exist for staff roles and for community server partnerships. ## Minecraft guide URL: https://vudira.com/en/minecraft/ ### Minecraft on Vudira One island, one block, and everything you build from it. This page covers joining, the places worth knowing and every command you will actually use. #### Getting in The address is on the servers page and in the Discord. Add it once and it stays in your list. If it refuses to connect, it is almost always an old client version rather than a ban. #### How OneBlock+ works You start on a single block that turns into something else every time you break it. Ore, wood, mobs, occasionally a problem. The island grows out of what you mine, so there is no wrong direction, only slower ones. #### Your first hour Break the block until you have a small platform, then a chest, then a way not to fall. Join a job early because it pays for everything later. Set a home with /sethome before you go exploring. #### The island and your team An island can be shared. Invite people with the team menu, and use the settings to decide who may build, open chests or touch redstone. Trust is easier to give than to take back, so give it in that order. #### Money and trading Sell to the shop for a steady price or to other players for a better one. The auction house is the busier of the two, and /worth tells you what the shop pays before you commit. #### Jobs and skills Jobs pay you for what you already do: mining, building, farming, fighting. Skills level up alongside. You can hold several jobs, and leaving one keeps your progress in case you come back. #### Rewards and progress Voting is the reliable daily income. Crates, the daily login and the battlepass fill the rest. None of it locks content behind a wall, it just gets you there sooner. #### What you cannot buy Nothing sold anywhere gives you an advantage in a fight, a better drop rate or a shortcut past another player. Cosmetics and convenience only. This is the one rule we would rather lose money over than bend. #### Other people's work Do not take from an island you were invited to, do not build a nuisance next to someone, and do not treat an unlocked chest as an offer. Griefing is the most common reason people get banned here, and it is entirely avoidable. #### If the server feels slow Lower your render distance first, it fixes most of it. Redstone clocks and enormous mob farms are the usual cause when it is not on your side; if you notice a spot that stutters for everyone, tell us where. #### When something goes wrong Lost items from a crash or a bug can sometimes be restored, but only if we hear about it quickly and know roughly when it happened. Open a ticket with the time and the server, and do not rebuild over the evidence. **Q: What is the Minecraft server address?** A: mc.vudira.com. Paste it into the multiplayer menu, no port needed. **Q: Do I need to register?** A: No setup beyond joining. Your progress is tied to your Minecraft account. **Q: Can I play with friends?** A: Yes. Use /ob team invite to add them to your island, or /ob visit to drop in on theirs. ## Quake III URL: https://vudira.com/en/quake3/ ### Quake III Arena on Excessive Plus One European arena server running Excessive Plus. Nothing is installed by hand; a clean client and the address are enough. Below is everything you need before you walk into the arena for the first time. #### The mod does not need downloading You do not have to find, download or unpack Excessive Plus anywhere. A clean Quake III Arena is enough, the one Steam or the original CD installs. When you connect to our server, the client fetches whatever it is missing on its own and you are in the game a few seconds later. It is the fastest route into a Quake mod there is. #### If the download does not start Quake III has historically shipped with downloading turned off for convenience. If it refuses you on connect with a message about missing files, open the console and set the value that enables downloading to one, then connect again. It is the only thing you may have to flip by hand, and you do it once. #### Joining without hunting through a list Public server lists for Quake tend to be incomplete and slow. It is faster to open the console and type the connect command with our address and port. You will find the address on the servers page, where it copies with one click. If the console will not open, it is usually the key below Escape or a combination with Shift. #### What Excessive Plus actually means Weapons hit harder and fire faster than in the original, so a fight lasts seconds rather than minutes. Your own rockets also throw you further, which turns the rocket jump from a trick into ordinary movement. The result is a game that is quicker and less forgiving, but one where death puts you straight back in. If you only played the original, the first ten minutes will feel like drowning. #### Movement matters more than aim In an arena the person standing still loses. Strafe jumping, building speed through a series of jumps with sideways movement, is the basic skill without which you cannot keep pace. The rocket jump opens routes the ground does not. Both can be practised alone on an empty server in a few hours and will do more for you than any mouse sensitivity setting. #### An old client on a new machine The 1999 client does not always cooperate with modern Windows: no widescreen resolutions, crashes on alt-tab, awkward mouse handling. There are newer engine builds based on the released source code that fix all of that and work with our server exactly the same. If the original gives you trouble, this is the first thing to try. #### Settings worth ten minutes Raise the frame cap above the default or the game will feel choppy even on a strong machine. Turn the brightness up; these maps are darker than you are used to now. And set mouse sensitivity so that a hundred and eighty degree turn is a movement that physically fits on your mousepad. These three do more than everything else combined. #### Ping and connection The server sits in Europe, so from most EU countries your ping is in the tens of milliseconds. Quake is more sensitive to lag than modern games because hits register faster and fights are shorter. If the game feels rubbery, look at your wifi before you blame the server. A cable makes a difference you can feel here. #### Voting and the rules of the arena The team can vote on the map and on game settings from inside the game. The same rules apply as everywhere on the network: cheats, scripts that aim for you and exploiting bugs are grounds for a ban across the whole network. Farming newcomers by spawn camping breaks no rule, but it is a reliable way to end up alone on the server. #### First time here? Expect a beating Quake III is almost thirty years old and the people still playing it have been playing it a long time. You will lose the first few rounds and that is normal. The gap between a newcomer and a regular is mostly movement and knowing where and when the armour appears. Both are a matter of hours played, not talent. ## Discord URL: https://vudira.com/en/discord/ ### Discord This is where most of Vudira actually happens. Tickets, announcements, and the part of the community that never sleeps. #### What you use it for Reports and appeals go through private tickets that only staff can see. Server announcements, restarts and events are posted there first. And if you want people to play with, this is the fastest way to find them. #### House rules apply here too The community rules cover Discord exactly as they cover the game servers. Same standards, same staff, same appeal route. **Q: Do I need Discord to play?** A: No. The game servers are open to everyone. But reports, appeals and support all run through Discord, so it is the fastest way to reach us. **Q: Are tickets private?** A: Yes. Only staff can see a ticket. The person you report never sees it and is not told who opened it. ## NMRiH leaderboard URL: https://vudira.com/en/nmrih-ranking/ ### NMRiH leaderboard Points come from surviving and finishing objectives, not from spending. Every number here is read straight from the game servers. ## Rules URL: https://vudira.com/en/rules/ ### The rulebook, in full and in public The core rules come first and apply everywhere. Game rules sit underneath and add detail. Nothing here cancels a core rule, and the team has to follow the same text as you. #### Community rules 1. **Know the rules** (general) - Joining any Vudira service means accepting the rules in force. Not reading an update is never a defence. 2. **Respect others** (severe) - Harassment, hate speech, bullying, slurs and sustained toxicity are forbidden everywhere on the network. 3. **Keep content appropriate** (important) - Usernames, skins, builds, messages and voice content must stay appropriate for a mixed-age community. 4. **Respect staff decisions** (important) - Follow staff instructions in the moment and use the appeal process afterwards if you disagree. 5. **Use official channels** (general) - Reports, appeals and recovery requests go through Discord tickets or email, not public forums. 6. **Protect your account** (important) - You are responsible for what happens on your account. Share access and you accept the consequences. 7. **No impersonation** (severe) - Pretending to be staff or another player, in game or in Discord, is treated as a serious violation. 8. **One person, one identity** (severe) - Alternate accounts are forbidden unless approved in advance. Ban evasion resets nothing. 9. **No real-money trading** (severe) - Selling or buying items, accounts, services or advantages for real money is forbidden. 10. **No unauthorised advertising** (general) - Promoting other servers, shops or services without permission is not allowed. 11. **Report honestly** (important) - False reports, manufactured evidence and report spam are punished like the behaviour they imitate. 12. **Staff discretion in unlisted cases** (general) - If behaviour clearly damages the community but is not listed, staff may still act and document why. 13. **No VPN or proxy masking** (important) - Hiding your connection identity behind a VPN or proxy is not allowed on game servers. If you need one for a legitimate reason, ask first rather than after a ban. 14. **Digital legacy and deceased accounts** (general) - Accounts of members who have died are handled with respect. Family can ask us to preserve, close or hand over a build, and we will not treat such a request as a normal ticket. #### Minecraft rules 1. **Your base, your responsibility** (important) - Claims, permissions and trusted players are managed by the owner. Damage done by someone you invited is not restored. 2. **Staff are not a recovery service** (general) - Staff keep the server stable and fair. They do not roll back ordinary player mistakes. 3. **No insurance for natural losses** (important) - Deaths, void losses and lag-related accidents are generally not reimbursed. 4. **No bugs, dupes or exploits** (severe) - Any exploit must be reported immediately and never used. Duplication is treated as severe. 5. **Do not harm performance** (severe) - Lag machines, abusive farms, infinite loops and heavy entity loads are forbidden. 6. **AFK is fine, automation is not** (important) - Standing AFK is allowed. Automating gameplay input to farm progress is not. 7. **No malicious griefing** (severe) - Targeted destruction, harassment griefing and persistent disruption lead to removal. 8. **Trade fairly** (important) - Scams, dishonest trades and economic fraud are punished, including inside player shops. 9. **No teleport trap abuse** (important) - Using teleport requests to lure and kill players is forbidden. 10. **Only non-advantage mods** (severe) - Cosmetic and quality-of-life clients are fine. X-ray, reach, auto-clickers and radars are not. 11. **Cleanups and resets happen** (general) - Abandoned or harmful structures may be removed after notice, under an announced policy. 12. **No political or religious campaigning** (important) - Preaching, ideological recruitment and heated political debate do not belong on the game servers. 13. **Approved launchers only** (general) - Unofficial launchers are tolerated only while they give no advantage and no security risk. The official client is what we can actually support. 14. **Ownership transfers need approval** (important) - Handing an island, base or claim to someone else has to be approved first. Private deals we never saw are not deals we can enforce. 15. **Use tickets for claims** (general) - Restoration requests, bug reports and disputes go through a ticket. A message shouted in chat is not a report and will not be found later. 16. **Preservation is never guaranteed** (general) - We may agree to preserve a notable build, but nothing on a Minecraft server survives forever. Treat every promise about a world as a best effort, not a contract. #### No More Room in Hell rules 1. **Cooperate with the team** (important) - NMRiH is cooperative by design. Repeated bad-faith refusal to play with the team is disruptive conduct. 2. **No team sabotage** (severe) - Deliberately endangering, trapping or betraying teammates is a severe violation. 3. **Play the objective** (important) - Ignoring or stalling map progress in bad faith ruins the round for everyone. 4. **Share supplies responsibly** (important) - Do not hoard, waste or deny critical items to teammates who need them. 5. **No exploits or external advantage** (severe) - Bug abuse, unintended skips, cheats and third-party tools are forbidden. 6. **Keep communication usable** (important) - Voice and text should help coordination. Mic spam and hostility do the opposite. 7. **No round griefing** (severe) - Blocking, baiting, trapping and deliberately ruining rounds are punished on sight. 8. **No teamkilling, including the infected** (important) - Killing teammates is prohibited, including teammates who are infected but still alive and in control. 9. **Good sportsmanship** (general) - Losing a round is part of the game. Repeated hostility, blaming and bad faith after a failure is disruptive even when no single message breaks a rule. 10. **No rushing the objective** (important) - Deliberately speedrunning a map and leaving the team behind ruins the co-operative point of it. Move at a pace the group can actually follow. **Q: Do game rules override the community rules?** A: No. Community rules apply everywhere on Vudira. Game rules only add detail for a specific title and can never weaken a global rule. **Q: What do the severity levels mean?** A: General covers minor issues usually met with a warning or a short restriction. Important covers disruptive conduct that often leads to a temporary ban. Severe covers cheating, hate speech, ban evasion and similar cases that can justify permanent removal. **Q: Can I be punished for something not listed?** A: Yes, if the behaviour clearly harms fairness, safety or server integrity. In those cases staff document what happened and why the action was taken, and the appeal path stays open. ## Server status URL: https://vudira.com/en/status/ ### Server status What is running, what is not, and what we are doing about it. Incidents go up here with a start time and stay until they are closed. #### How we report An incident is posted as soon as we know about it, not once it is fixed. Planned restarts are announced in advance. If this page says everything is fine and you still cannot connect, the help page lists the usual causes, and most of them are on the player's side. **Q: How often is this page updated?** A: Whenever something changes. Every incident carries a start time and is updated until it is resolved, so the timestamps tell you how fresh the information is. **Q: The status says fine but I still cannot connect.** A: Then it is most likely on your side: version, network or an old address. The help page walks through the usual causes, and if none of them fit, open a ticket. ## Help URL: https://vudira.com/en/help/ ### Something not working? Start here. Most problems come down to five or six things. The quick checks below solve the majority of them. If none of them help, open a ticket and we will go through the logs with you. #### Try this before anything else Restart the game, then your router. It sounds like a joke and it fixes about half of what gets reported to us. Then check you are on the version the server runs, because a mismatch shows up as a vague error that looks exactly like a dead server. If a friend can get in and you cannot, the problem is on your side, and that is good news: it means you can fix it yourself. #### When it is us, we say so Servers restart, an update goes sideways, a host has a bad night. When that happens it goes on the status page and into Discord before anyone has to ask. If the status page says everything is fine and you still cannot get in, the ticket is worth opening, because you may be seeing something we are not. 1. **Check the status page** - If we already know about it, it is there with a start time. 2. **Restart the game and your router** - Boring, unglamorous, fixes a surprising share of reports. 3. **Confirm your version and the address** - A wrong version or an old address looks identical to a server that is down. 4. **Open a ticket with details** - Game, server, time, what you saw, screenshot of the error. That is enough for us to search the logs. - **Connection timed out**: Usually the network between you and the server rather than the server itself. Try mobile data or another network and you will know which side is at fault. - **Wrong game version**: Your client is newer or older than the server. The version is on the servers page, switch your profile and try again. - **Kicked for lag or packet loss**: Weak Wi-Fi loses packets long before a speed test notices. Use a cable if you can, or move closer to the router. - **Lost items or progress**: Tell us what, when and where. Ordinary deaths stay yours, but if it was our fault, a crash or a rollback, we put it right. - **Banned without warning**: Look up the record on the ban list first. The reason and the ban ID are both there, and you need them to appeal. - **Discord tickets not showing**: Ticket channels need the verified role. Read the rules channel, accept them, and the button appears. **Q: Why can I not connect when my friend can?** A: Almost always the version, the network or an old address left in the list. Compare all three with your friend and the difference is usually obvious. **Q: Is the server down?** A: Check the status page. Incidents are posted there with a start time and updated until they are closed. If nothing is posted, the servers are up as far as we know. **Q: Connection times out on one network but works on another.** A: Then the servers are reachable and something on the first network is blocking the traffic. School, work and public networks very often block game ports. **Q: Do you restore items lost to a bug?** A: If the bug is ours and the logs confirm it, yes. Ordinary deaths, falls into the void and your own mistakes stay yours. That part is in the rules. ## FAQ URL: https://vudira.com/en/faq/ ### Questions people actually ask Collected from every page of this site so you do not have to go looking. Type a word or two if you know roughly what you are after. ## Glossary URL: https://vudira.com/en/glossary/ ### Glossary Short definitions of the words that show up in our rules, on the servers and in the ban lists. One sentence each, no jargon behind the jargon. #### Why this page exists New players hit terms like OneBlock+, Ban ID or severity long before anyone explains them. Rather than repeating the same explanation in every rule and every form, we keep the definitions here and link to them from the pages that use them. #### How to use it Pick a letter from the index or search the page. Every term has its own anchor, so you can send someone a link straight to a single definition instead of the whole page. **Q: A term I ran into is missing here** A: Tell us in a Discord ticket or through the contact form and we will add it. The glossary grows from the questions people actually ask. **Q: Are the definitions the same in every language** A: Yes. Every term is translated, not machine-swapped, and the meaning is kept identical across all site languages. ## Report a player URL: https://vudira.com/en/report/ ### Report a player A good report is short, specific and provable. Give the team enough to find it. After that the evidence decides, not whoever shouts louder. #### Write where we actually read We take reports through a private Discord ticket or by e-mail. Posts on Steam forums, comment sections and other communities are not a report channel, even if they mention Vudira. Nobody there can follow it up. #### Nobody finds out it was you Only the team sees the ticket, not the public. The reported player never gets your ticket, and we check the evidence before anything happens. 1. **Open a private ticket** - Use the Discord ticket system or the contact email. One incident per ticket keeps the review clean. 2. **Fill in the template** - Game, server, both player identifiers, date and time with timezone, and a plain description of what happened. 3. **Attach the evidence** - Uncropped clips, demos or screenshots with chat and scoreboard visible. Upload video to a host that keeps the file reachable. 4. **Wait for the review** - Staff check evidence against the rule that applies. You get an answer, and the punishment record becomes public on the ban list. - **Strong evidence**: Video or demo with context before and after, HUD and chat visible, timestamps that match your report. - **Weak evidence**: A single cropped screenshot, edited footage, or an accusation with no identifier and no time. - **Server log requests**: If the proof is in our logs, say so and give the server, date and approximate time so staff can search efficiently. - **Bad-faith reports**: Fabricated evidence and revenge reports are rule breaks in themselves and are treated as such. **Q: Where do I send a report?** A: Through a private ticket on the Vudira Discord, or by email using the address on the contact page. Both are read by staff, Discord is faster for follow-up questions. **Q: Do I need video evidence?** A: It is not always mandatory, but it is the difference between a case that can be decided and one that cannot. For cheating accusations, a clip or demo is effectively required. **Q: Will the reported player know it was me?** A: No. Reports are handled privately and the reporter is not disclosed to the person being reported. ## Appeal a ban URL: https://vudira.com/en/appeal/ ### Appeal a ban An appeal is not a formality. We compare the decision again with the original evidence and the rule we used. A calm message helps your case far more than shouting. #### Find your record first Minecraft punishments are on the Minecraft ban list, Source bans on SourceBans. Before you write, get the ban ID and the reason listed next to it. Otherwise you end up arguing against something that did not happen. #### What we actually check We look at three things. Whether the evidence really matches what happened. Whether we used the right rule. And whether the punishment fits your history. Hard or disputed cases get a second read from a more senior team member. 1. **Look up the punishment** - Get the ban ID, the date and the reason from the relevant ban list. 2. **Open an appeal ticket** - Use Discord or email, one appeal per punishment, with the template filled in. 3. **Explain, do not argue** - Give context, admit what happened if it happened, and say what has changed since. 4. **Get a documented outcome** - The result is explained and recorded, so it can be reviewed again later if new evidence appears. - **Appeals that work**: Correct ban ID, honest account of the incident, new context or evidence, and a calm tone. - **Appeals that fail**: Insults, ban evasion while appealing, pressure through public channels, or denying something clearly on video. - **Evasion resets nothing**: Joining on an alternate account during a ban extends the punishment and usually removes the option to appeal. - **One appeal at a time**: Duplicate tickets slow your own case down. Wait for the answer before opening another. **Q: How long does an appeal take?** A: Most appeals are answered within a few days. Cases that need senior review or older log checks can take longer, and you are told when that happens. **Q: Can a permanent ban be lifted?** A: Sometimes. Permanent bans for cheating or hate speech are rarely reversed, but a genuine mistaken identity or a flawed evidence chain is corrected as soon as it is confirmed. **Q: Can I appeal twice?** A: A second appeal is only useful if you bring something new: fresh evidence, missing context, or a documented error in the original decision. ## Staff recruitment URL: https://vudira.com/en/recruitment/ ### Staff recruitment We want people who stay calm when a server gets heated, who read the evidence before they act, and who treat moderation as a responsibility rather than a rank. #### What the role really is Team roles are voluntary and unpaid. They are also positions of trust. You will spend far more time explaining rules, calming arguments and watching clips than handing out bans. #### What we expect before you apply The minimum age is 16 for helper roles and 18 for senior ones. No exceptions. We expect honesty, patience, clear communication and a clean record with players and with the rest of the team. 1. **Apply through Discord or email** - Discord tickets are recommended because follow-up questions are faster. Email applications are accepted through the contact page. 2. **Fill in the template honestly** - Answer every question with enough detail to show your judgement, not just your availability. 3. **Staff review** - We check history, attitude, availability, experience and fit. A definitive answer can take up to a week. 4. **Supervised trial** - Selected applicants enter a trial period of up to two months before a final decision is made. - **Fair play and integrity**: You apply the rules the same way to a friend and to a stranger. - **Calm communication**: You can defuse an argument without joining it, in text and in voice. - **Maturity under pressure**: Full servers, angry players and grey-area cases do not push you into snap decisions. - **Consistency and availability**: Realistic weekly hours matter more than promising to be online constantly. - **Respect for all players**: No favouritism, no private deals, no using tools to settle personal scores. - **Teamwork with staff**: You escalate when a case is above your level instead of improvising. **Q: Are staff roles paid?** A: No. Every staff position on Vudira is voluntary and unpaid. It is a trust role in the community, not a job. **Q: What is the minimum age?** A: Sixteen for helper-level roles and eighteen for senior positions, without exceptions. Applications below the age limit are not considered. **Q: I was punished before. Can I still apply?** A: Yes, if you are honest about it. A declared old warning is far less damaging than an omission we find during the history check. ## Server partnership URL: https://vudira.com/en/partners/ ### Bring your server idea to Vudira If your group has a game, a plan and enough active players but no money or time for infrastructure, we might host it. This is a partnership, not a rental. #### What we bring and what you bring We bring the machine, panel access, moderation and the community around it. You bring the idea, the players and the daily energy that keeps a server alive past the first month. #### What this is not Vudira is not free hosting. We do not rent out machines, slots or private resources, and we do not open a server just because somebody asked. We say yes when the idea can become a real, active server that can be run fairly. 1. **Send the proposal** - Explain the game, the group, the concept and why it deserves to exist under Vudira. 2. **We review it** - We check dedicated server support, technical feasibility, group activity and cultural fit. 3. **We agree on responsibilities** - Who manages the server, which permissions they hold, and which rules apply on top of the global ones. 4. **The server joins the network** - It runs on Vudira infrastructure, under Vudira branding, rules and staff oversight. - **Infrastructure**: Hardware, provisioning and monitoring, when the project is viable. - **Community umbrella**: Your server becomes part of Vudira, with our rules, ban lists and player base. - **A staff seat**: One trusted member of your group may become head admin for that server, under supervision. - **Shared growth**: Your group gets a stable home, the network gets an active server and new players. **Q: Is this free hosting?** A: No. It is a partnership. The server becomes part of Vudira, follows the Vudira rulebook and stays under our final oversight. **Q: Can we keep our own branding?** A: The server runs under Vudira branding. Your group keeps its identity inside the community, but the server is not a separate brand. **Q: What happens if the group goes inactive?** A: Servers with no activity are archived or repurposed after notice. That is the honest trade-off of running on someone else’s hardware. ## Moderation URL: https://vudira.com/en/moderation/ ### How moderation works Moderation only earns trust when people can see how it works. This page describes the process we follow, including the part where we admit a mistake. #### Why we publish this A community where punishments arrive without explanation feels arbitrary even when every decision is correct. Writing the process down costs us the comfort of improvising and gives you something to hold us to. #### Who decides what Helpers handle the routine: spam, slurs in chat, obvious griefing. Moderators handle bans and anything involving a dispute. Anything touching a minor, a threat or a staff member goes straight to senior staff. Nobody reviews a case they were personally involved in. #### What we act on Cheating and exploiting, griefing another player's work, harassment and slurs, ban evasion, advertising other servers, and sharing someone's personal details. Being bad at the game, arguing about a decision or disliking a moderator are not offences. #### How a report is handled A report reaches a person, not a queue nobody reads. First the involved players are separated so nothing escalates while we look. Then we check logs and any evidence you sent. A decision follows, it is written down, and the reporter is told the outcome even when the answer is that nothing happened. #### The punishment ladder Most cases start with a warning, because most people stop when told. Repeated or deliberate behaviour moves to a mute or a temporary ban. Permanent bans are for cheating, ban evasion and anything that endangers another person. Severity decides the step, not the mood of the moderator. #### Evidence Screenshots and clips help, timestamps help more, and a server name plus a rough time lets us pull the logs ourselves. We do not act on hearsay, and we do not ban someone because a group of players asked us to. #### Appeals Every punishment can be appealed and the appeal is read by someone who was not involved in the original decision. Bring the ban ID and the context. A calm appeal that admits what happened is far more likely to succeed than one that argues the rule should not exist. #### When we get it wrong Staff follow the same rules as players and their decisions are reviewable. A wrong ban is lifted and the record is corrected, not quietly deleted. A moderator who abuses the position loses it, which has happened and will happen again. 1. **Gather the basics** - Server, approximate time, the player's name or ID. That alone is usually enough for us to find it in the logs. 2. **Send it once** - Open a ticket or send an email. Reporting the same case in five channels slows it down, it does not speed it up. 3. **Let it run** - Do not confront the person yourself. It rarely helps and it often turns one report into two. 4. **Ask if unclear** - If the outcome makes no sense to you, ask. We would rather explain a decision than have you assume the worst. - **Written rulebook**: Every decision points to a rule anyone can read before they join. - **Separated first**: Involved players are separated before the case is judged, not after. - **Documented outcome**: Decisions are recorded, so a later appeal has something to check. - **Independent appeal**: Appeals are handled by someone who did not make the original call. **Q: How long does a report take?** A: Usually hours, sometimes a day or two when it needs senior staff or log checks. If a week passes without an answer, ask again, it means something was missed. **Q: Will the reported player know it was me?** A: We do not pass on who reported. In a small community they can often guess, and we will not pretend otherwise. **Q: Can I be banned without a warning?** A: Yes, for cheating, ban evasion and anything endangering another person. Those do not get a warm-up. **Q: What if a moderator treated me unfairly?** A: Appeal it, or write to the community email. Complaints about staff are read by someone else, not by the person you are complaining about. **Q: Do you delete old punishments?** A: Records stay while a punishment is active, and moderation history matters for repeat cases. A punishment lifted as a mistake is marked as such rather than erased. ## For parents URL: https://vudira.com/en/parents/ ### A parent guide to Vudira Letting a child into an online community is a decision built on trust. This page explains how we moderate, what we can honestly promise and what no community can. #### Why this page exists Online spaces are hard to judge from the outside. It is rarely obvious who is in charge, what protections exist, or what happens when something goes wrong. Rather than reassure you with adjectives, this page describes how Vudira actually works, including the parts we cannot control. #### What Vudira is Vudira is a gaming community running its own servers for Minecraft, No More Room in Hell and Quake III Arena, plus a Discord. The games change over the years; the approach does not. Clear rules, active moderation, and a culture where being decent counts for more than status. #### What we actually do Servers and Discord are supervised by people working from a written rulebook that anyone can read. Reports reach a real person. Serious situations are written down rather than handled in a private message and forgotten. Punishments appear in public ban lists with a reason, so decisions can be checked instead of taken on faith. #### Who is responsible Not every helper has the same authority. Entry-level volunteers handle routine matters; anything serious goes to more experienced staff. The team follows the same rules as players, and their decisions can be reviewed. A moderator who abuses the position loses it. #### Privacy for younger players Nobody on our servers has a reason to know your child's full name, address, school, phone number or to see private photos. The rules discourage sharing it and a player who asks for it is treated as a safety incident, not as a nuisance. What we keep is limited to moderation records: usernames, game identifiers and incident notes. #### What we cannot promise No place with other people in it is risk free, and anyone claiming otherwise is selling something. We cannot promise your child will never meet someone unpleasant. We can promise that it will not be ignored, that a person will read your message, and that we would rather answer a question early than leave a family uncertain. 1. **Talk regularly** - Ask who your child plays with and whether anything online has made them uncomfortable. This finds more problems than any filter. 2. **Protect personal details** - Address, phone number, school and photos do not belong in a game chat. Nobody legitimate will ask for them. 3. **Encourage balance** - Healthy gaming includes sleep, school, breaks and time away from the screen. We would rather have a rested player than a permanent one. 4. **Contact us early** - If something worries you, write. A question costs us five minutes; an unresolved situation costs a child much more. - **Active moderation**: Servers and Discord are supervised by staff working from a written rulebook. - **Reporting channels**: Players and parents can raise a concern through a Discord ticket or by email. - **Documented incidents**: Serious situations are recorded, reviewed and escalated to senior staff. - **Public accountability**: Punishments appear in public ban lists with a reason and can be appealed. **Q: Can parents contact Vudira directly?** A: Yes. Write to the community email or open a Discord ticket. You do not need an account and you do not need to explain yourself to a bot first. **Q: Is there an age limit?** A: We do not run age verification, and we would be lying if we claimed to. Under Slovak law a person under 16 needs a parent's agreement before consenting to data processing, which is described on the privacy page. **Q: Do you collect information about children?** A: We keep as little as possible: usernames, game identifiers and notes on incidents. No advertising profiles, no data sold to anyone. **Q: What happens if my child is bullied?** A: Report it through a ticket or email with as much detail as you can. It is reviewed by a person, the affected players are separated first, and the outcome is written down. **Q: Can you guarantee nothing bad will ever happen?** A: No, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can guarantee is a process: reports are read, serious behaviour is acted on, and decisions are documented rather than improvised. ## About URL: https://vudira.com/en/about/ ### Built by players, kept fair on purpose Vudira started as a group of friends who were tired of servers that sold power and disappeared after a season. The servers are better now. The reason we run them has not changed. #### How it started In 2016 there was no roadmap and no investor. There was one rented box, a few games worth playing properly, and a stubborn idea: make the servers fair and see whether people stay. They stayed, invited friends, and those friends brought their own games. #### What growth changed and what it did not More players meant more languages, more time zones and more edge cases. It did not change how the project is funded, the answer to pay-to-win, or the expectation that every decision comes with a reason. #### Why we write everything down Public rules, public ban lists and a written appeal process exist for one reason. A community only trusts moderation it can check. Written rules also keep the team consistent when a decision is unpopular. #### What comes next The games will keep changing. The servers will get faster. The promise stays boring and specific: European servers, honest moderation, and nothing for sale that changes a match. **Q: Is Vudira a company?** A: No. Vudira is a community project run by volunteers. There is no commercial hosting business behind it and no investor to satisfy. **Q: How is Vudira funded?** A: Through the people who run it and optional community support that never affects gameplay. Nothing sold changes power, progression or moderation outcomes. **Q: Can I help without becoming staff?** A: Yes. Reporting rule breaks with evidence, helping new players, translating content and testing servers are all genuinely useful contributions. ## Contact URL: https://vudira.com/en/contact/ ### Contact Pick the channel that matches your topic and the answer comes faster. Discord is quickest whenever we need to ask you something back. #### Discord tickets The main channel for reports, appeals, team applications, technical problems and everyday help. A ticket is private and only the team can see it. #### E-mail Better for longer explanations, formal matters, questions from parents, partnership proposals and anything with attachments. Slower to answer, but written down. - **Reports and appeals**: Open a ticket and use the template from the report or appeal page. - **Parents and guardians**: Write by email with your concern and any context you can share. - **Partnerships**: Send the proposal template from the partnership page. - **Press and collaborations**: Email us with what you need and a deadline. **Q: How fast do you answer?** A: Discord tickets are usually answered within a day or two. Email is slower, especially for cases that need a log check or senior review. **Q: Can I get support in my language?** A: The site is available in nine languages, and staff cover several of them. English is the safest choice when your case is urgent or complex. ## Privacy URL: https://vudira.com/en/privacy/ ### Privacy policy Vudira collects the minimum needed to run fair servers and review moderation cases. This page explains exactly what that means. #### What we collect Game identifiers such as Steam IDs, Minecraft usernames and UUIDs, Discord identifiers, connection data including IP addresses recorded by the game servers, and the content you send us in reports, appeals and applications. #### Why we collect it To operate the servers, enforce the rulebook, review reports and appeals, detect ban evasion, and keep a record that makes moderation decisions reviewable later. #### How long we keep it Submitted reports, appeals and applications: 180 days after the case is closed. Failed sign-in attempts: 30 days. Rate-limit records: 1 day. AI crawler statistics: 90 days, without any IP. Addresses of self-declared bots: 30 days, only so that cron can verify them by reverse DNS. Moderation records tied to an active punishment are kept while the punishment lasts. #### Who can see it Vudira staff acting on moderation matters. Punishment records may appear on the public network ban lists, which show the identifier, the reason and the status, not your private correspondence. #### Your rights You can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction or portability of your data by writing to the community email. Some records tied to active enforcement cannot be deleted while a punishment stands. #### Cookies and analytics This website sets no advertising cookies and no cross-site trackers. Aggregated, privacy-preserving analytics may be used to understand traffic volume, and they do not identify individual visitors. #### Legal basis Running the servers and enforcing the rules rests on our legitimate interest in a fair community. Handling a report, appeal or application rests on the steps taken before and during that request. Analytics runs only on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie bar without losing access to anything. We do not sell data, we do not use it for advertising and we do not build marketing profiles. #### Younger players Under Slovak law the age at which someone can consent to data processing on their own is 16. If you are younger, your parent or guardian must agree before you send us anything that identifies you. We do not knowingly ask children for more than a report needs, and a parent can ask us to delete their child's data at the address above. #### Legal basis Running the servers and enforcing the rules rests on our legitimate interest in a fair community. Sharing access does not transfer responsibility for what happens next. #### Moderation and access Access to Vudira services is a privilege, not an entitlement. Staff may restrict or remove access to protect the community, and the appeal process remains available. #### Availability Servers and websites are provided as they are. We aim for high availability and announce maintenance, but no uptime guarantee is given for a free community service. #### Intellectual property The Vudira name, branding and site content belong to the community project. Game content belongs to its respective publishers and is used under their terms. #### Changes These terms and the rulebook may be updated. Continued use of the network after an update means accepting the current version. ## Accessibility URL: https://vudira.com/en/accessibility/ ### Accessibility statement Vudira is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who navigate by keyboard, use a screen reader, or need larger text and higher contrast. #### Compliance status This site aims to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. We assess ourselves against it; no external audit has been carried out, so we describe the site as partially conformant. Partially conformant means most of the site meets the standard and the gaps below are known rather than hidden. #### What works Every page is server-rendered, so the content is in the HTML and does not depend on JavaScript. Headings follow a single logical order, every page has one H1, and a skip link jumps straight to the main content. Interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard and show a visible focus outline. Language is declared per page, so a screen reader pronounces nine languages correctly. Motion respects the reduced-motion setting. #### Known gaps Colour contrast has not been measured on every combination in the dark theme. Live player counts update without announcing the change to screen readers. Tables of statistics have no per-cell headers, so they are harder to navigate cell by cell. Some copy buttons rely on a short label that is clearer with sight than without. #### What we do not control The Discord widget, the ban list applications and the ranking site are separate software. We chose them and we can raise problems with their authors, but we cannot fix their code. Report a barrier there to us anyway and we will pass it on or find a way around it. #### Tell us about a barrier If something on this site blocks you, write to us. Describe the page, what you were trying to do and what got in the way; the assistive technology and browser you use help but are not required. We answer within seven days. If a fix is quick we do it; if it is not, we tell you when it is planned. #### If we do not fix it If our answer does not satisfy you, you can escalate. In Slovakia the supervisory authority for accessibility of the private sector under the European Accessibility Act is the Slovak Trade Inspection. You can also contact the equivalent body in your own EU country. #### How this statement was prepared Prepared by self-assessment of the site by the people who built it, using keyboard-only navigation, a screen reader and automated checks that run on every deployment. ## Search URL: https://vudira.com/en/search/ ### Search the site One box across every page in this language.
