A partnership should give members something to enjoy

We welcome gaming communities and other relevant projects that share our values and offer meaningful opportunities for both communities. We consider activity, moderation, compatibility and the proposed collaboration alongside community size. Every application is reviewed individually, and meeting the requirements does not guarantee acceptance.

Who can apply: community size and activity

Your community should normally have at least 200 genuine members, excluding bots and purchased or artificially inflated accounts. We may accept smaller communities with consistent activity and a practical proposal. Show activity from the last 30 days, such as regular players, discussions, voice sessions or events; it does not have to take place mainly on Discord. Report membership and activity separately for each platform and do not add overlapping audiences together as unique members.

Community history

Your community should normally have been operating for at least three months. Exceptions may be considered for newer projects with an established team and a clear proposal.

Responsible representatives

The person handling the partnership must be at least 16 years old and be a staff member or an explicitly authorized representative. The owner or person with overall responsibility must be at least 18. A designated contact must stay reasonably available to coordinate the partnership and address concerns.

Healthy environment and effective moderation

Your community must have clear rules and an active moderation team. Racism, discrimination, targeted harassment, scams and persistent abusive behaviour must not be promoted or tolerated. We look at how staff prevent and respond to incidents; an isolated incident that is handled well does not automatically disqualify a community. Communities centred on sexually explicit content, gambling or betting, drug sales or the promotion of illegal or harmful activities are not eligible. These limits concern a community's purpose, content and conduct, not educational discussion or fictional themes inside games.

Language and communication

Communities of any primary language may apply. Your partnership contact must be able to communicate with us in English, and information meant for our members must be available in English. Joint activities need suitable language arrangements so both communities can take part.

Relevant and fair collaboration

Your proposal must explain how the partnership could benefit members of both communities. Purchased members, misleading statistics, unsolicited promotional messages and recruitment spam aimed at our members are not acceptable.

What to prepare

Use the template below. Include your community name and founding date, links (invite, website, socials), a short description, membership figures per platform, activity over the last 30 days, a link to your rules and how moderation works, a partnership contact who is authorized to represent you, what you hope to gain and offer, a proposed first action and the places where you would feature Vudira. Do not include private member information or confidential moderation records.

Mutual visibility

Both communities agree on suitable placements, such as a dedicated Discord channel, website section, banner or pinned message. Placements should be easy to reach and describe the partnership accurately. The format may differ on each side, but each community's contribution must be agreed. Mass mentions, direct messages and other promotional campaigns need separate approval.

Practical collaboration

Before the partnership starts, both communities agree on at least one realistic first action and an approximate timeframe. Further activities follow interest and availability. Regular tournaments, paid prizes and giveaways are not required.

Respect for identity

Do not change the other community's name, logo, wording or branding without permission. Technical resizing or format conversion is fine where it keeps the original look and meaning. Neither community may claim to speak for the other or imply ownership, sponsorship or endorsement beyond the agreed partnership.

Independent management

Each community stays responsible for its own staff, moderation, services and members. A partnership gives no authority over the other community and no permission to contact its members with unsolicited advertising.

Periodic review

Ongoing partnerships are reviewed about every three months: continued activity and effective moderation, upkeep of the agreed placements, communication between representatives, progress on agreed activities and benefits for members, and compliance with these conditions. A review can lead to continuation, adjustments or termination. Neither community guarantees a number of new members, players or interactions.

Ending a partnership

Either community may end the trial or an ongoing partnership with seven days' notice if it is no longer suitable. Serious issues, including scams, discriminatory conduct, organized harassment, prohibited content, deliberate manipulation of statistics or significant breaches, may lead to immediate suspension or termination. Minor issues are first raised with the designated contact, with a reasonable chance to resolve them. When a partnership ends, both communities remove the active placements and stop presenting the relationship as ongoing.
