What you use it for
Reports and appeals go through private tickets that only staff can see. Server announcements, restarts and events are posted there first. And if you want people to play with, this is the fastest way to find them.

The community rules cover Discord exactly as they cover the game servers. Same standards, same staff, same appeal route.

Do I need Discord to play?
No. The game servers are open to everyone. But reports, appeals and support all run through Discord, so it is the fastest way to reach us.
Are tickets private?
Yes. Only staff can see a ticket. The person you report never sees it and is not told who opened it.
