Find your record first

We look at three things. Whether the evidence really matches what happened. Whether we used the right rule. And whether the punishment fits your history. Hard or disputed cases get a second read from a more senior team member.

Explain, do not argue
Give context, admit what happened if it happened, and say what has changed since.
Get a documented outcome
The result is explained and recorded, so it can be reviewed again later if new evidence appears.
Appeals that work
Correct ban ID, honest account of the incident, new context or evidence, and a calm tone.
Appeals that fail
Insults, ban evasion while appealing, pressure through public channels, or denying something clearly on video.
Evasion resets nothing
Joining on an alternate account during a ban extends the punishment and usually removes the option to appeal.

How long does an appeal take?
Most appeals are answered within a few days. Cases that need senior review or older log checks can take longer, and you are told when that happens.
Can a permanent ban be lifted?
Sometimes. Permanent bans for cheating or hate speech are rarely reversed, but a genuine mistaken identity or a flawed evidence chain is corrected as soon as it is confirmed.
Can I appeal twice?
A second appeal is only useful if you bring something new: fresh evidence, missing context, or a documented error in the original decision.
