What is running, what is not, and what we are doing about it. Incidents go up here with a start time and stay until they are closed.
How we report
An incident is posted as soon as we know about it, not once it is fixed. Planned restarts are announced in advance. If this page says everything is fine and you still cannot connect, the help page lists the usual causes, and most of them are on the player's side.

Live player counts are on the server list. These are the addresses you paste into the game.

How often is this page updated?
Whenever something changes. Every incident carries a start time and is updated until it is resolved, so the timestamps tell you how fresh the information is.
The status says fine but I still cannot connect.
Then it is most likely on your side: version, network or an old address. The help page walks through the usual causes, and if none of them fit, open a ticket.
