What we collect

Game identifiers such as Steam IDs, Minecraft usernames and UUIDs, Discord identifiers, connection data including IP addresses recorded by the game servers, and the content you send us in reports, appeals and applications.

Why we collect it

To operate the servers, enforce the rulebook, review reports and appeals, detect ban evasion, and keep a record that makes moderation decisions reviewable later.

How long we keep it

Submitted reports, appeals and applications: 180 days after the case is closed. Failed sign-in attempts: 30 days. Rate-limit records: 1 day. AI crawler statistics: 90 days, without any IP. Addresses of self-declared bots: 30 days, only so that cron can verify them by reverse DNS. Moderation records tied to an active punishment are kept while the punishment lasts.

Who can see it

Vudira staff acting on moderation matters. Punishment records may appear on the public network ban lists, which show the identifier, the reason and the status, not your private correspondence.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction or portability of your data by writing to the community email. Some records tied to active enforcement cannot be deleted while a punishment stands.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising cookies and no cross-site trackers. Aggregated, privacy-preserving analytics may be used to understand traffic volume, and they do not identify individual visitors.
