Terms of use
Short version: play fair, take responsibility for your account, and accept that moderation decisions are made by humans working from a public rulebook.
Acceptance
Using any Vudira service, including game servers, Discord and websites, means accepting these terms and the rulebook in force at that time.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for activity on your accounts and identifiers. Sharing access does not transfer responsibility for what happens next.
Moderation and access
Access to Vudira services is a privilege, not an entitlement. Staff may restrict or remove access to protect the community, and the appeal process remains available.
Availability
Servers and websites are provided as they are. We aim for high availability and announce maintenance, but no uptime guarantee is given for a free community service.
Intellectual property
The Vudira name, branding and site content belong to the community project. Game content belongs to its respective publishers and is used under their terms.
Changes
These terms and the rulebook may be updated. Continued use of the network after an update means accepting the current version.
