We want people who stay calm when a server gets heated, who read the evidence before they act, and who treat moderation as a responsibility rather than a rank.
What the role really is
Team roles are voluntary and unpaid. They are also positions of trust. You will spend far more time explaining rules, calming arguments and watching clips than handing out bans.
What we expect before you apply
The minimum age is 16 for helper roles and 18 for senior ones. No exceptions. We expect honesty, patience, clear communication and a clean record with players and with the rest of the team.
How it works

Staff review
We check history, attitude, availability, experience and fit. A definitive answer can take up to a week.
Supervised trial
Selected applicants enter a trial period of up to two months before a final decision is made.

Calm communication
You can defuse an argument without joining it, in text and in voice.
Maturity under pressure
Full servers, angry players and grey-area cases do not push you into snap decisions.
Consistency and availability
Realistic weekly hours matter more than promising to be online constantly.

No favouritism, no private deals, no using tools to settle personal scores.

Frequently asked questions
Are staff roles paid?
No. Every staff position on Vudira is voluntary and unpaid. It is a trust role in the community, not a job.
What is the minimum age?
Sixteen for helper-level roles and eighteen for senior positions, without exceptions. Applications below the age limit are not considered.
I was punished before. Can I still apply?
Yes, if you are honest about it. A declared old warning is far less damaging than an omission we find during the history check.
