A complaint about a moderator or admin goes to people who were not involved in the decision.
Staff are held to the same rules as players, and more. If a moderator or admin treated you unfairly, abused their permissions or broke the rules themselves, tell us.
What belongs here
Abuse of permissions, punishments given without a reason, insults or pressure from staff, leaking private information. For a punishment you disagree with, use an appeal instead.
What happens next
The complaint is read by someone who was not part of the case. We check the logs and evidence, hear the staff member and write back with the outcome. Complaints are never held against you.
