Report a player

Report a player

A good report is short, specific and provable. Give the team enough to find it. After that the evidence decides, not whoever shouts louder.

Write where we actually read

We take reports through a private Discord ticket or by e-mail. Posts on Steam forums, comment sections and other communities are not a report channel, even if they mention Vudira. Nobody there can follow it up.

Nobody finds out it was you

Only the team sees the ticket, not the public. The reported player never gets your ticket, and we check the evidence before anything happens.

How it works

Open a private ticket

Use the Discord ticket system or the contact email. One incident per ticket keeps the review clean.

Fill in the template

Game, server, both player identifiers, date and time with timezone, and a plain description of what happened.

Attach the evidence

Uncropped clips, demos or screenshots with chat and scoreboard visible. Upload video to a host that keeps the file reachable.

Wait for the review

Staff check evidence against the rule that applies. You get an answer, and the punishment record becomes public on the ban list.

Strong evidence

Video or demo with context before and after, HUD and chat visible, timestamps that match your report.

Weak evidence

A single cropped screenshot, edited footage, or an accusation with no identifier and no time.

Server log requests

If the proof is in our logs, say so and give the server, date and approximate time so staff can search efficiently.

Bad-faith reports

Fabricated evidence and revenge reports are rule breaks in themselves and are treated as such.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Where do I send a report?

Through a private ticket on the Vudira Discord, or by email using the address on the contact page. Both are read by staff, Discord is faster for follow-up questions.

Do I need video evidence?

It is not always mandatory, but it is the difference between a case that can be decided and one that cannot. For cheating accusations, a clip or demo is effectively required.

Will the reported player know it was me?

No. Reports are handled privately and the reporter is not disclosed to the person being reported.
